Track separation for innovative performances, including live mash-ups. If you want to create unique live performances that are impossible to achieve with conventional DJ equipment, the DDJ-FLX10 has the solution.
Thanks to Track Separation technology, you can simply load the usual tracks from your music library and use the controller to create remixes and mash-ups on the fly by independently manipulating the three key parts of the music: vocals, drums and instants (other instruments, including bass and synth).
For example, you can play the instruments and drums of one track while the vocals of the track on the other deck are played over it. Dedicated colored buttons control each part, allowing you to always have a clear view of what is being played.

Active part and isothermal part

Adjust the volume of the vocals, drums, or instrumental individually to create new mixing patterns. You can also choose to cut any combination of the three parts to create live mash-ups with other tracks.

FX Part Select

Choose the parts of a track to which you want to apply effects and create your own live remix. For example, you can add echo to the vocals but leave the other parts alone.

Instant duplication

Isolates a specific part of the track (vocals, drums or instrument) and transfers it to another deck so you can scratch it.

Extended Jog Display

With the new On Jog display from the DDJ-1000, you can customize the information shown on the jog wheels so you never lose sight of them. Choose from the four modes described below, some of which display 3-band waveforms. You can also keep an eye on information related to the link to the mix point, rekordbox vocal position analysis, and the status of the performance pads.
Deck Info Mode - displays deck information, including the overall waveform. (When using Serato DJ Pro, this mode displays Serato DJ Pro's virtual deck.)
Waveform Mode - displays zoomed waveforms for 2 decks.
Displaying artwork - displays the artwork for the track currently playing.
DJ logo display - displays your own logo or favorite image on each deck after using the image transfer tool for PC/Mac.

New Mix Point Link for seamless transitions

Experience a brand-new playback concept in rekordbox that lets you create seamless musical progression in your sets by linking mix points across tracks so the next song starts at the perfect moment. You can set the next track to begin at the start of its melody as the vocals of the current song end, ensuring a smooth transition without any sonic clashes. There's no need for a countdown or manually pressing the play button, leaving your hands free to create mashups or add effects.

DMX output for rekordbox Lighting function

Enhance your live performances with lighting effects that perfectly match the mood of the music you're playing. It's easy with rekordbox Lighting, and thanks to the DDJ-FLX10's DMX output, you don't need any additional equipment like an external DMX interface. Simply connect DMX-compatible lighting equipment to the controller and use rekordbox to create custom lighting effects, or configure the software to automatically adjust the color and movement of the lights to the beat of the music.

MAGVEL FADER evolved

4-Sensor System: An improvement over the DDJ-1000's 2-sensor system, the DDJ-FLX10's MAGVEL FADER uses a 4-sensor system. This allows you to make even the smallest volume adjustments, regardless of the crossfader's movement, resulting in more musical performances.

Compatible with rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro

The DDJ-FLX10 offers free plug-and-play compatibility with rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro, allowing you to directly control your preferred software application. DVS support is available for rekordbox via select subscription plans, and for Serato via a paid license/subscription to Serato DJ Expansions or Serato DJ Suite.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES:

• Multicolor jog ring outline: You can use the first-ever multicolor jog ring on a Pioneer DJ controller to indicate different parts of the track being played when using track split functions, or you can customize the colors to suit your preferences.
• The DDJ-FLX10's new track separation features are reflected in the layout of their controls - which form a circle from 3 different coloured LEDs - as well as in the overall design of the unit, which resembles 3 overlapping layers.
